DBWC and Oracle Launch sAIdaty 2025 to Empower Women with Advanced AI Skills

Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC) and Oracle have announced the launch of sAIdaty 2025, the second edition of their transformative training programme designed to equip women professionals and entrepreneurs in Dubai and the UAE with advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills.

Building on the success of the inaugural edition, which trained 500 women, sAIdaty 2025 will focus on advanced AI applications, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation strategies. The initiative aims to prepare women for leadership roles in a tech-driven future while supporting the UAE's vision of becoming a global leader in AI.

Nick Redshaw, Oracle's Senior Vice President – Tech Cloud, Middle East and Africa, said,

“During the one-year duration of the first programme, participants gained a strong understanding of AI and its applications. In collaboration with DBWC, we aim to extend this impact by reaching a new cohort in 2025.”

Nadin Halabi, Head of Business Development and Operations at DBWC, highlighted the programme's role in fostering innovation and leadership, saying,

sAIdaty exemplifies the power of partnerships in driving progress and inspiring change. We are committed to building a future-ready community of businesswomen.”

The 2025 phase will expand its reach, offering specialised training modules by Oracle experts on real-world AI strategies. The programme will also emphasize leadership development and strategic thinking, aligning with the UAE’s goals of inclusivity and digital transformation.

sAIdaty is a significant step in empowering women with the skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
