"Decobuild 2024" at Dubai World Trade Centre continued its momentum on its second day, showcasing government housing projects and cutting-edge home solutions.

Organized by Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment and Leader Events Management, the event highlights smart home technology, sustainability, and advanced design solutions in alignment with global construction standards. The exhibition also offers educational programs and workshops delivered by experts in housing, interior design, and engineering consultancy.

Haitham Al Khaja, Director of Communication and Marketing at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, noted that these workshops were held as part of the Establishment's ongoing efforts to develop Dubai's housing sector and support the UAE's sustainability objectives.

"By integrating modern technologies, we are not only focusing on creating green and environmentally friendly buildings but also enhancing their quality, performance, and efficiency. This ultimately improves the quality of life for our citizens through innovative solutions,"

he stated.

At "Decobuild 2024," workshops like "Understanding Smart Systems and Choosing the Right One" explore smart home features, emphasizing comfort, safety, and environmental sustainability with renewable energies like solar power.

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment showcases services and initiatives for citizen well-being. The Sharjah Housing Programme discusses the "Esnad Initiative" aiding eligible housing support recipients facing construction challenges. The event, concluding Sunday, includes programs on homeownership guidelines, budgeting for construction projects, and housing designs for various family sizes.
