Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has launched the 5th batch of the Frontiers Leadership Development Programme, in collaboration with the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG).
30 employees at DEWA will undergo one-year training, including online workshops, seminars, educational programmes in several areas, as well as a development guidance programme.

This familiarizes them with the latest developments and technologies in their areas of work, in addition to providing quality jobs that benefit the nation. DEWA is proud to collaborate with MBRSG and different national organizations to achieve its strategy, to train and qualify Emirati calibre to hold different positions. This enhances the fourth generation of the government excellence system, which is a significant development in government work. Since the launch of the programme in 2007, a total of 102 participants have graduated. DEWA will continue its efforts to strengthen the skills of its staff and to develop their knowledge in several areas, chiefly leadership and excellence."
