The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) has opened registration for the 28th edition of the Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX), set to run from 20 to 22 October 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
Recognised as the largest specialised exhibition of its kind in the region, WETEX brings together global stakeholders across energy, water, sustainability, AI, digital transformation, decarbonisation, green hydrogen and sustainable cities. The event plays a central role in accelerating the energy transition and advancing progress toward net zero goals.
The 27th edition drew over 50,000 visitors and 3,100 exhibitors from across the world, spanning 95,000 square metres of exhibition space. The event featured 18 international pavilions, 68 sponsors and 18 supporting organisations, with numerous agreements and memorandums of understanding signed on the sidelines.
Business-to-business and business-to-government platforms facilitated direct engagement between companies, government bodies and investors, reinforcing WETEX's standing as a key deal-making forum in the region's sustainability landscape.
With each edition, the exhibition continues to broaden its scope to reflect emerging global trends, strengthening its position as a forward-looking platform for industries shaping the future of energy and environment.
