Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) will host the second cycle of the CleanTech Innovators Exhibition from February 24 to 26, 2025, as part of the ‘UAE Innovates 2025’ initiative.
This major event, organized by DEWA’s Sustainability and Innovation Centre, will showcase cutting-edge technologies, solutions, and innovations aimed at building a sustainable future.
The exhibition will feature the latest advancements in green hydrogen, solar power, energy storage, digital transformation, artificial intelligence (AI), and sustainability. Local and international experts, professionals, and entrepreneurs will present their innovative solutions, with a focus on sectors critical to combating climate change.
Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD & CEO of DEWA, emphasized the centre’s role in reinforcing Dubai and the UAE’s global position as a hub for innovation. He highlighted DEWA’s commitment to fostering collaboration between government bodies, the private sector, and start-ups to accelerate the energy transition and achieve net-zero goals.
Waleed bin Salman, Executive Vice President at DEWA, shared his enthusiasm for the event, noting the success of the first CleanTech Innovators Exhibition and its impact on sustainability-driven innovations. He added that the exhibition would provide a global platform for showcasing state-of-the-art clean and renewable energy solutions.
As part of ‘UAE Innovates 2025’, DEWA’s Sustainability and Innovation Centre will also host the CleanTech Connect Programme, featuring prominent speakers, as well as the CleanTech Hackathon, further solidifying the centre's role in shaping a sustainable future.
