DGHR Releases Comprehensive Report on Dubai's Human Resources Future
The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has released its latest report titled ‘Navigating Tomorrow's Human Resources in Dubai: Major Drivers and Future Trends in Human Resources Management.’
This initiative is part of DGHR's ongoing efforts to enhance and develop human resources management practices in Dubai, aligning with the national strategies and the visionary goals of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, to transform Dubai into a global hub for innovation and creativity.
The DGHR report aims to identify the future needs and expectations of Dubai's human resources sector. It outlines solutions, proposals, and tools to enable and motivate national cadres and global talents. Additionally, it highlights the need for strategic partnerships with both government and private sectors, emphasizing the importance of sustainable development and community well-being.
The report examines current human resources practices in Dubai's public and private sectors and includes contributions from several HR specialists who offer insights into new opportunities, challenges, and valuable recommendations.

Additionally, the report highlights opportunities for HR management, including the transformative impact of digital transformation on HR operations and improvements to the employee experience. It underscores the importance of investing in local talent development and promoting Emiratisation by providing UAE citizens with educational and career progression opportunities.
