DGHR signs MoU with Digital Dubai Authority to Advance Digital Transformation

In a significant move towards realizing the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, the Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Digital Dubai Authority.

This collaboration aims to accelerate digital transformation across government entities by enhancing digital work environments and integrating innovative solutions.

The MoU was formalized at the DGHR headquarters in the presence of H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, and H.E. Matar Saeed AlHemeiri, CEO of the Digital Dubai Authority. The agreement outlines cooperation in technical support, capacity building, and human resources development, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency in government operations.

H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi emphasized the strategic importance of the partnership, stating,

“This alliance marks a significant step in advancing Dubai’s digital transformation. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we aim to foster a flexible work environment that meets the highest standards of innovation and sustainability. This agreement will enhance human resource processes and strengthen the technical capabilities of government employees, solidifying Dubai’s position as a global leader in digital governance.”

Echoing this sentiment, H.E. Matar Saeed AlHemeiri highlighted the deeper integration enabled by the MoU, adding,

At the ceremony’s conclusion, DGHR recognized Digital Dubai employees for their efforts in fostering intergovernmental collaboration.
