With a capacity to accommodate up to 16 guests for breakfast, lunch or dinner, and perched above The Rockpool, the private dining room offers the perfect vantage point for private diners to “see and be seen” within the iconic space.
Paying homage to Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill’s famous cement factory, La Fábrica, The Ritz Room comes to life with masterful design and contemporary sensibilities by London-based architect David Archer. Featuring sumptuous upholstery, sculptural lighting, and rich wood accents, the private sanctuary offers unparalleled intimacy, making it ideal for celebrations, events, and exclusive dinner parties.
The Ritz Room's allure lies with the customized feasting menus overseen by Executive Chef, Paul Gajewski where large format and sharing dishes served take centre stage. Guests can expect The Guilds’ elevated brasserie dishes inspired by the bustling grand restaurant scenes of New York, decadent desserts and wine pairing menus in partnership with Australian wine producer, Penfolds.
