DIP Holding Plc, the owner of Dubai Investments Park (DIP), has announced its intention to list on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of existing shares representing 20 percent of its issued share capital.
Dubai Investments PJSC, the sole shareholder, is selling 1,735,243,300 shares. DIP Holding will not receive any proceeds from the offering. The subscription period is expected to run from October 27 to November 3, 2026, with shares expected to list on or around November 11.
The offering is split into four tranches. Individual subscribers and eligible investors with a valid National Investor Number will receive 5 percent, professional investors 92 percent, eligible Dubai Investments Group employees 1 percent and eligible Dubai Investments shareholders as of October 28 will receive 2 percent. The offer price will be set in AED after book-building, with the price range announced before the offer period opens.
The Internal Shariah Supervision Committees of Emirates NBD Bank and Dubai Islamic Bank have confirmed the offering is Shariah-compliant.
DIP is a 23 million sqm mixed-use master-planned community developed over more than 25 years, offering long-term ground leases across logistics, industrial, residential and commercial uses. It serves about 1,000 tenants, around 5,700 sub-leases and more than 150,000 residents, with 99.9 percent ground lease occupancy as of June 30, 2026. The park sits between Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport.
Chairman Khalid Jassim Bin Kalban described the listing as a natural next step in a journey that began more than 25 years ago. CEO Omar AlMesmar said the IPO reflects the strength of the company’s infrastructure-like business model, supported by low capital expenditure requirements and strong cash conversion.
