DMCC has partnered with Dubai-based real estate developer Sweid And Sweid to launch BAY360, a new mixed-use lifestyle destination set to enhance community living in Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

Positioned as a neighbourhood hub, BAY360 is designed to bring everyday convenience closer to residents through a carefully curated mix of retail, dining, wellness, and recreational offerings. The development forms part of DMCC’s broader programme to upgrade shared spaces across JLT, reinforcing the district’s appeal as a connected and liveable residential community.

BAY360 will be developed on a portion of Lake D, with most of the lake retained to preserve its character and visual identity. The project’s design emphasises harmony with the waterfront, improved pedestrian flow, and an activated public realm while maintaining the openness of the lakeside setting.

The destination will be anchored by a 22,000-square-foot Spinneys supermarket, complemented by cafés and restaurants, including lake-facing venues with outdoor terraces. Additional amenities will include medical facilities, lifestyle retail, rooftop padel courts, and family-oriented outdoor spaces. An underground car park with around 300 spaces will support increased visitor activity.

Beyond the site itself, DMCC and Sweid And Sweid will deliver wider enhancements around Lake D. These include a redesigned pedestrian avenue linking the metro station to the opposite side of the lake, improved access to JLT Park, and upgraded waterfront edges with added greenery, seating, and walkways.

Scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, BAY360 is positioned as a long-term community asset that strengthens JLT’s urban fabric for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
