This accolade, highly regarded in the air cargo industry, recognizes dnata's unwavering commitment to quality and safety.
Accepting the award on behalf of dnata globally, Alex Doisneau, Managing Director of dnata UK Airport Operations, expressed immense pride in this achievement.

Over the past year, dnata has significantly enhanced its operations through cutting-edge technology. The company integrated autonomous drones in the UAE and implemented AI-powered solutions in Singapore. Additionally, it continued the global rollout of One Cargo, an advanced cargo management system, to improve handling capabilities. Meanwhile, construction of dnata Cargo City Amsterdam, one of the world's largest and most advanced facilities, is underway in The Netherlands.
Environmental sustainability remains a priority for dnata, which reported an over 8% reduction in carbon intensity per aircraft turnaround in its ground handling and cargo sectors for the financial year ending March 31, 2024. This achievement is attributed to investments in renewable energy and electric equipment, showcasing dnata's commitment to a greener future.
Established in 1959, dnata is a leading global air and travel services provider, offering comprehensive ground handling, cargo, travel, catering, and retail services in over 30 countries. In the 2023-24 financial year, the company handled over 778,000 aircraft turns and moved more than 2.9 million tonnes of cargo.
