DP World reported record financial results for 2025, with revenue rising 22 percent to $24.4 billion and profits climbing 32.2 percent to $1.96 billion, reflecting strong performance across its ports, terminals and logistics operations.

The global logistics and port operator said adjusted EBITDA increased 18 percent to $6.4 billion, with a margin of 26.3 percent. Total group gross throughput also grew 5.8 percent to 93.4 million twenty-foot equivalent units, underscoring steady cargo volumes across its network.

Chairman Essa Kazim said the results highlight the resilience of the company’s diversified operations despite global trade uncertainty. He noted that disciplined capital allocation and a focus on high-yield cargo helped deliver strong earnings and cash flow as supply chains continue to evolve.

Group CEO Yuvraj Narayan said the Ports and Terminals division recorded solid growth, supported by healthy cargo volumes and improved yield. Like-for-like revenue per TEU increased 8.5 percent during the year.

The company also unified its Marine Services business under the DP World brand, strengthening its position as an integrated logistics provider while expanding capabilities across its broader trade platform.

Operating cash flow rose 14 percent to $6.3 billion, while return on capital employed increased to 9.9 percent from 8.9 percent in 2024.

DP World invested $3.1 billion in capital expenditure in 2025 to expand capacity and improve productivity. Total port capacity reached 109 million TEU.

For 2026, the company has earmarked around $3 billion in investment across major projects including Jebel Ali Port, Drydocks World, Tuna Tekra Port, London Gateway Port, Ndayane Port and Jeddah Islamic Port.

The company also reported progress on sustainability, reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 14 percent from a 2022 baseline, while about 67 percent of its global electricity now comes from renewable sources.
