The DP World Tour has announced its 2026 global schedule, featuring a record $157.5 million in prize money and new additions including the Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship in Spain and a debut venue for the Amgen Irish Open in Ireland.
The calendar includes at least 42 Race to Dubai tournaments across 25 countries, structured in three phases: five Global Swings, the Back 9, and the season-ending DP World Tour Play-Offs in November. Spain’s Real Club de Golf El Prat will host a Tour event for the first time since 2015 when it stages the Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship in May.
The Amgen Irish Open will move to Trump International Golf Links in Doonbeg from September 10-13, following Rory McIlroy’s dramatic victory this year. Other highlights include the Genesis Scottish Open, co-sanctioned with the PGA TOUR, and five Rolex Series tournaments, such as the Hero Dubai Desert Classic and the DP World Tour Championship.
Dubai will stage three events in 2026, with the Dubai Invitational returning in January alongside the Desert Classic and the season finale in November. The schedule also expands collaboration with the PGA TOUR, with the Corales Puntacana Championship joining the Race to Dubai for the first time.
In addition to the tournament line-up, the Tour confirmed changes to its membership structure, reducing the cut-off for full card retention from the top 110 to the top 100 and adjusting qualification categories to provide more balanced opportunities.
Chief Executive Guy Kinnings said the season “showcases global talent in global destinations,” celebrating the diversity of courses and cultures while strengthening opportunities for players and fans worldwide.
