DP World has moved to consolidate its Marine Services businesses under a single global brand, marking a significant step in its strategy to position itself as a fully integrated logistics provider.
The move brings Unifeeder, P&O Ferrymasters and P&O Maritime Logistics together under the DP World identity to streamline customer experience and reinforce market presence.
The unified businesses will now operate as Shipping Solutions, Multimodal Solutions and Maritime Solutions. DP World confirmed that the transition will roll out over the coming months across all touchpoints, while existing leadership teams, operations and infrastructure remain in place.
The company said the integration will enable it to deliver end-to-end logistics capabilities across continents. Shipping Solutions brings a fleet of 150 vessels serving more than 200 ports. Multimodal Solutions manages extensive rail networks and inland terminals across Europe and the UK. Maritime Solutions oversees a fleet of more than 400 vessels, including specialised units for complex cargo operations.
DP World stated that the consolidation aligns with its ambition to evolve from a major port operator into a global logistics leader. Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Group Chairman and CEO, said the move reflects a commitment to making trade flow more efficiently while enhancing customer service through a unified brand.
Ganesh Raj, Global COO for Marine Services, noted that customers increasingly expect seamless, end-to-end solutions and said the transition positions the company for continued growth in a shifting logistics landscape.
The alignment follows earlier brand integrations across ports, terminals and economic zones as DP World advances its goal of offering a fully connected logistics ecosystem.
