Held under the theme “AI progress begins when leaders and technology align”, the event brought together government entities, municipalities, industry leaders, and technology experts to explore the role of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies in shaping the country’s digital future.
Fahad Al Hassawi, CEO of du, opened the conference with a keynote on AI-enabled innovation and the UAE’s fast-paced digital transformation. The event showcased AI-driven solutions for smart communities, with applications spanning healthcare, manufacturing, retail, transport, utilities, and education.
Key discussions focused on five technological pillars driving transformation: generative AI and agentic AI applications, sovereign cloud infrastructure, robotics and Industry 4.0, Mining and GPU as a Service, and scalable national hyperscaler solutions.
Jasim Al Awadi, Chief ICT Officer at du, emphasized that Envision serves as a platform where decision-makers and innovators actively shape tomorrow’s technologies. Global voices, including entrepreneur Randi Zuckerberg, joined to share perspectives on AI’s role in driving sustainable growth.
