The Skillpreneurship program encourages participants to share and trade their skills within the company for monetary rewards, promoting a culture of self-reliance and internal talent utilization. The initiative includes engaging workshops, available both physically and online, where individuals can offer their skills to not only internal teams but also external entities such as educational institutions and businesses. This model has led to significant personal fulfilment among participants and has positively impacted the wider community, with over 200 attendees in the initial workshops.
