- Dubai Police Smart App: The latest version of this app allows tourists to submit inquiries and reports effortlessly. It’s a user-friendly tool available around the clock for handling various issues, including lost items.
- Dubai Police Website: Visitors can access services and report issues directly through the official Dubai Police website, providing a reliable digital option for assistance.
- Smart Police Stations (SPS): Scattered throughout Dubai, these 24/7 stations operate without human intervention, allowing tourists to submit suggestions and reports with ease.
- Call Centre: For non-emergency situations, tourists can reach the 901 call centre for prompt assistance.

In case of emergencies, especially in mountainous or remote areas, tourists should use the emergency number 999 or the SOS service on the Dubai Police app. This was exemplified in May 2024 when Dubai Police successfully rescued a British tourist stranded in the Hatta mountains due to exhaustion and health issues.
Since the beginning of the year, the Dubai Tourist Police have handled 3,509 comments, inquiries, and suggestions from tourists, a significant increase from last year.
Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf highlighted that this feedback enhances the police’s ability to provide superior services and improve overall tourist experiences in Dubai.
