Dubai Active Industry Show Attracts Thousands of Fitness Enthusiasts

H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, visited the eighth edition of the ‘Dubai Active, Dubai Active Industry, and Dubai Muscle Show’ at Expo City Dubai on October 26.

This three-day event, which runs until October 27, has become the Middle East's leading fitness and bodybuilding exhibition, with this year’s show poised to be the largest since its inception seven years ago.

Expected to draw around 38,000 visitors, the exhibition features over 400 exhibitors from 40 countries, showcasing top international brands in sports and nutrition. Attendees can participate in bodybuilding competitions, fitness challenges, and insightful talks from industry icons, including multiple Mr. Olympia champions.

During his visit, Sheikh Mansoor explored various stalls, engaging with representatives from major international companies about their latest products in fitness equipment, supplements, and technology. He praised the event's organizers and reaffirmed the Dubai Sports Council's commitment to fostering partnerships that enhance sporting infrastructure and contribute to the local economy.

Highlights of this year's event include the prestigious Dubai Muscle Classic, offering over AED 70,000 in prize money and 13 IFBB Pro Cards, and the first-ever ‘HYROX 365 Challenge’ aimed at testing athletes’ endurance. The event also promotes inclusivity through a collaboration featuring a competition for children of determination.

With activities such as live Jiu-Jitsu demonstrations and training sessions for young fighters, the Dubai Muscle Show continues to inspire fitness enthusiasts and nurture the next generation of talent in the UAE.
