Dubai Aerospace Enterprise has completed the delivery of all ten Boeing 737-9 aircraft to United Airlines, wrapping up the sale and leaseback agreement in just six months.
The company said the transaction moved from documentation to full delivery on an accelerated timeline, reflecting close coordination between both teams. DAE Chief Executive Officer Firoz Tarapore said the swift process highlighted the flexibility and efficiency of the partnership.
He added that DAE was pleased to supply next generation, fuel-efficient Boeing 737-9 aircraft that will support United Airlines as it expands its fleet. Tarapore also noted the company’s interest in strengthening its relationship with the US carrier.
DAE now owns, manages, and is committed to own a total of 236 Boeing aircraft, including 119 from the 737 MAX family, reinforcing its position as a major player in the global aviation leasing market.
