Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd reported a sharp rise in profit and revenue for the first nine months of 2025, driven by the integration of Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC) and expanding engineering operations.

Revenue climbed 26% year-on-year to US$1.3 billion, while profit before tax doubled to US$653 million. The company’s pre-tax profit margin rose to 26.7%, and return on equity reached 13.6%. DAE said its capital adequacy, funding, and liquidity metrics remained strong and well within internal and stakeholder targets.

Chief Executive Officer Firoz Tarapore said the results reflect the full integration of NAC, which DAE acquired in May 2025.

“The acquisition has now been fully integrated across all of our operating systems,”

he noted.

During the period, DAE acquired 263 aircraft and sold 59, bringing its owned, managed, and committed fleet to 726. The company also signed 162 lease agreements, extensions, and amendments. Its owned portfolio remained 99% contracted.

DAE Engineering continued to perform strongly, with revenue up 16.5% to US$155.5 million and profitability jumping 56.3% to US$46.1 million. The division completed 191 checks and logged approximately 1.31 million man-hours. The opening of a new five-bay heavy maintenance hangar increased its capacity to 22 parallel lines.

DAE also raised US$2.75 billion from 21 regional and Asian banks with an average tenor of 5.4 years, further strengthening its financial position.

The company will host a conference call on October 29, 2025, to discuss the results in detail. Information on accessing the call is available on DAE’s website.
