The Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) has opened applications for the second cycle of its “Future of AI in Government Services Accelerator” programme, calling on local and international AI innovators to collaborate with more than 20 government entities on next-generation public service solutions.

Launched in partnership with Dubai Future Accelerators, an initiative of the Dubai Future Foundation, the programme supports Dubai’s ‘Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence’ and aims to position the emirate as the world’s largest hub for AI-powered innovation.

Over an eight-week residency from 6 October to 28 November 2025, selected participants will work alongside government teams to enhance service personalisation, create entirely new public services, embed AI in daily operations, and improve accessibility for all users. Benefits include direct access to senior decision-makers, opportunities for large-scale implementation, and fully sponsored travel and accommodation, with no equity stake required.

Applications close on 28 August 2025. The first cycle drew 615 AI companies from 55 countries, resulting in 183 AI use cases, 75 of which have already been piloted.

Saeed Al Falasi, Executive Director of DCAI, said the programme aims to deliver agile, AI-powered services that enhance speed, quality, and efficiency, contributing to Dubai’s vision of becoming one of the world’s top cities for intelligent public services.
