Dubai Airports has unveiled a new Baggage Service Centre at Dubai International's (DXB) Terminal 2, designed to enhance the passenger experience.
The facility combines Left Luggage and Mishandled Baggage services, providing a one-stop shop for all baggage-related needs. It offers a convenient location for travellers to store and reclaim their bags at any time, day or night.
The Centre's design seamlessly integrates publicly accessible areas with secure terminal zones, allowing guests to retrieve their luggage without additional security screenings. This setup improves safety and significantly reduces waiting times, streamlining the overall airport experience.
The launch of this new facility underscores the collaborative efforts between Dubai Airports and key service partners, including Dubai Police, Dubai Customs, and dnata, aiming to provide a more efficient and customer-friendly service.
