Dubai Airports is rolling out a series of curated experiences for travellers from Kuwait this week at Dubai International Airport, highlighting the strong ties between the two nations during UAE–Kuwait Week.
In 2025, more than 1.6 million passengers travelled from Kuwait to Dubai across 11,500 flights operated by four airlines, underscoring the enduring connectivity and close relations between the countries.
The initiative spans all terminals at DXB and is coordinated with the oneDXB community and key partners including GDRFA, Dubai Customs, Dubai Duty Free, Dubai Ambulance, the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Emirates Airline, Dubai Police, du, and the Haweyyatti team.
Travellers are greeted with dedicated arrival lanes, specially designed passport stamps, and themed terminal décor. Cultural performances and digital displays showcase UAE–Kuwait relations, while giveaways such as Duty Free vouchers and SIM cards add a personal touch to the arrival experience.
Officials said the program aims to provide a seamless and welcoming journey for Kuwaiti visitors, reflecting the commitment to strong bilateral relations and enhanced airport hospitality.
The celebrations at DXB highlight the airport’s role not just as a transit hub but as a platform for cultural exchange and regional cooperation, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a key gateway between the UAE and Kuwait.
