Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, senior leaders from aviation, space, and defence gathered in Dubai to outline the vision and strategic direction for Dubai Airshow 2025, set to be the largest and most future-focused edition in the event’s history.
Held under the theme “The Future is Here,” the 19th edition of the Airshow will open on November 17, bringing together more than 1,500 global companies from 47 countries and an expected 148,000 visitors. The event will highlight breakthroughs in sustainability, AI-driven innovation, advanced mobility, and space exploration, reaffirming Dubai’s role as a global hub for aerospace excellence.
During a high-level press conference, key figures including Dr. Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of Sports and Chairman of the UAE Space Agency; Paul Griffiths, CEO of Dubai Airports; and other senior officials underscored the UAE’s commitment to driving collaboration, innovation, and sustainable growth across the industry.

“comes at a defining moment for aviation and aerospace, as technology, sustainability and global connectivity converge to reshape how the world moves.”
The 2025 event will feature over 200 cutting-edge aircraft, 120 startups, 350 speakers, and 12 conference tracks — seven of them new. Highlights include the debut of eVTOLs in the flying display, the largest-ever Space Pavilion, and Airshow After Dark, a new twilight networking experience.
Tim Hawes, Managing Director of Informa, described the edition as “the most ambitious in the Airshow’s history,” designed to deliver tangible outcomes through partnerships, investment, and innovation — solidifying Dubai’s position as the global stage for the future of aerospace.
