Dubai is set to host the 19th edition of the Dubai Airshow from 17 to 21 November at Dubai World Central under the theme ‘The Future is Here,’ bringing together global leaders in aerospace and defence for what is expected to be the event’s largest showcase yet.

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the airshow will feature over 1,500 exhibitors, 148,000 trade visitors, and 490 military and civil delegations from 115 countries. New participants include Morocco’s debut pavilion, alongside 21 country pavilions, 120 startups, and 50 investors.

The event will host more than 200 aircraft across flying and static displays, including commercial jets, military aircraft, private planes, and next-generation technologies such as Joby Aviation’s eVTOL and COMAC C919. For the first time, eVTOL aircraft will perform in the flying display, highlighting Dubai’s commitment to advanced air mobility.

The airshow will also feature the largest Space Pavilion in its history, organised with the UAE Space Agency. Over five days, it will bring together international space agencies, companies, startups, and investors to explore space innovation and commercialisation, complemented by a two-day Space Conference with 50 global experts.

Sustainability and innovation remain central to the 2025 edition. Initiatives include sustainable aviation fuel, renewable-powered exhibition halls, reusable stands, and electric or propane-powered ground equipment. The Inspiration Zone and NextGen Leaders programme will spotlight startups, university research, and emerging talent shaping the industry’s future.

Visitors can experience dynamic aerial displays, meet pilots, and enjoy immersive exhibits, with extended night-time sessions featuring live entertainment and drone shows. The event positions Dubai as a hub for global aerospace and defence innovation, reinforcing its role in shaping the future of flight and space exploration.
