From Saturday, June 15, to Tuesday, June 18, Dubai motorists will benefit from complimentary parking across the city, excluding multi-level parking terminals, with normal tariffs reinstating on June 19. This announcement was made by RTA officials on Thursday in preparation for the festive period.
The revised timings for Dubai metro are:
- Both Red and Green Lines will run on Saturday from 5am until 1am (next day).
- On Sunday (June 16), from 8am – 1am (next day)

During Eid, Dubai Tram will operate with adjusted hours, starting from 6am until 1am on Saturday, from 9am to 1am on Sunday, and from 8am to 12 midnight on both Monday and Tuesday.
In addition to these changes, RTA Customer Happiness Centres will be closed throughout the holidays, except for specific kiosks and smart customer centres located in Umm Ramool, Deira, Barsha, and Al Kifaf. Meanwhile, the RTA head office will maintain its 24/7 operational status to cater to essential services.
Commuters using public and intercity buses during this period are advised to consult the S’hail App for updated schedules, reflecting adjusted timings. Similarly, operating hours for marine transport services, including water taxi, Dubai Ferry, and abra, can be accessed via the RTA app.
The Dubai government has officially declared Eid Al Adha public and private sector holidays from Saturday through Tuesday, with regular business operations resuming on Wednesday, June 19.
