The initiative will deliver 3,004 new homes as part of the emirate’s commitment to enhancing citizen wellbeing and quality of life.

Under the plan, 1,181 homes will be built in Latifa City for beneficiaries of housing loans. Housing grant beneficiaries will receive 606 homes in Al Yalayis 5, 432 in Wadi Al Amardi, 398 in Al Awir 1, 200 in Hatta’s Makan area, 120 in Oud Al Muteena, and 67 in Dubai’s rural regions.

These projects align with the Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Family Programme, aimed at strengthening family stability, fostering community values, and promoting work-life balance. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed reiterated the importance of citizen welfare as the cornerstone of Dubai’s development, stating:

“Housing programmes for citizens represent a top priority. We are committed to ensuring the best living standards and fostering stable family environments.”

Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, CEO of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment, highlighted the initiative’s focus on creating integrated residential communities that meet future housing needs while adhering to Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan standards. These communities will feature green spaces, recreational facilities, and commercial centres, offering a sustainable and high-quality living environment for Emirati families.

The comprehensive housing strategy reflects Dubai’s commitment to fulfilling national aspirations and driving long-term prosperity, ensuring that citizens remain central to the UAE’s continued development and global success.
