Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence of the UAE, has approved performance-based bonuses amounting to AED277 million for civilian employees of Dubai Government entities. The bonuses will be granted based on specified criteria, recognizing employees’ contributions to the emirate’s success.
