The Dubai Centre for Family Businesses has launched the first cycle of its 2025 Next-Gen Family Businesses Training Programme, aimed at equipping future leaders with the skills to sustain and grow their family enterprises.
Run under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, the initiative brings together 25 participants for a transformative leadership experience designed to build expertise in governance, entrepreneurship, and strategic decision-making. The programme’s curriculum blends real-life case studies with interactive training methods such as role-playing, group discussions, and practical assessments.
Participants will develop the tools to navigate complex business-family dynamics, sharpen communication and conflict resolution abilities, and understand the role of boards in steering sustainable growth. The training also integrates global best practices tailored to the regional context.
Launched in 2023, the Dubai Centre for Family Businesses supports the long-term success of family enterprises, a key pillar of Dubai’s economy. Through initiatives like this, the centre aims to strengthen leadership pipelines and future-proof businesses for generations to come.
