Dubai Chamber of Commerce has launched a promotional trade mission to Malaysia and Cambodia, taking place from 24 to 28 November, with a delegation of UAE company representatives and entrepreneurs.

The initiative aims to explore partnership opportunities and support the overseas expansion of Dubai-based businesses in Southeast Asia.

The mission is designed to open new channels of communication with government bodies, economic institutions, and major companies in both countries. Delegates will participate in bilateral business meetings to establish long-term commercial and investment partnerships.

An intensive programme of official meetings will showcase the investment environment in Malaysia and Cambodia and highlight opportunities for Dubai companies to establish local offices, boosting trade through exports and re-exports.

Dubai Chamber emphasises that such missions are essential for enhancing the competitiveness of the UAE business sector. They provide a practical platform for companies to understand emerging markets, track economic developments, and make informed expansion decisions.

Organised in collaboration with UAE embassies in Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, Malaysian ministries of investment, trade and industry, the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia, and Cambodian authorities including the Council for the Development of Cambodia and the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce, the mission underscores Dubai Chamber’s commitment to strengthening the UAE’s presence in high-potential Asian markets.

Through direct engagement with local stakeholders, the Chamber aims to help Dubai companies broaden their international footprint, explore diverse economic sectors, and drive growth for the national business community.
