Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers under the Dubai Chambers umbrella, has reported remarkable success in resolving 77 per cent of the mediation cases received in the first half of 2024.
This marks a significant improvement over the 62 per cent settled during the same period in 2023.
The cases, which were resolved within a maximum of 10 working days, highlight the chamber’s efficient and speedy mediation service. During H1 2024, the chamber handled a total of 79 mediation cases with a combined value of AED 6.5 million, successfully resolving cases worth AED 3.5 million. These cases spanned various industries, including construction, logistics, shipping and forwarding, foodstuffs, services, and healthcare.
