Dubai Chamber of Commerce has held 35 meetings with Business Groups and Business Councils to strengthen collaboration with the private sector and reinforce the competitiveness of companies operating in the emirate.
The meetings, organised under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers, focused on aligning joint efforts across sectors, assessing the evolving business landscape, and identifying practical ways to support companies as global economic conditions continue to shift.
The engagements formed part of an ongoing dialogue between the chamber and representatives of the business community aimed at strengthening sector readiness, improving operational efficiency, and supporting sustainable business growth. The discussions also explored strategies to further enhance Dubai’s standing as a leading global hub for trade and investment.
Representatives from participating Business Groups and Councils expressed strong confidence in the resilience of Dubai’s economy and its ability to navigate global developments. They also commended the government’s continued efforts to create new opportunities for growth and maintain the competitiveness of the emirate’s business environment.
The meetings included sessions with several international Business Councils representing investors and companies from key markets including the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Turkey, Greece, South Africa, Pakistan, India, China, and the Philippines.
Sector-specific Business Groups from industries such as real estate development, construction technology, retail, logistics, healthcare, education, hospitality, manufacturing, and advertising also participated in the discussions.
Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, said the partnership between the public and private sectors plays a critical role in ensuring sustainable economic growth and strengthening global competitiveness. He added that the chamber remains committed to supporting businesses and advancing the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
