Dubai Chamber of Commerce recorded robust performance in the first nine months of 2025, reinforcing its pivotal role in driving the emirate’s economic growth and strengthening its global business appeal.
Between January and September, the chamber welcomed 53,838 new member companies, a 4 percent increase compared to the same period last year. The value of members’ exports and re-exports reached approximately AED260 billion, marking a 16 percent rise year-on-year.
The chamber also issued 627,908 Certificates of Origin, up 9 percent from 2024, and handled 3,743 ATA Carnets covering goods worth AED3.69 billion. These figures highlight the steady momentum in Dubai’s trade and investment landscape.
Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, credited the results to the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the emirate’s commitment to building a resilient, investor-friendly ecosystem aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).
The chamber supported the international expansion of 90 local companies, up 20 percent from the previous year, and reviewed 42 laws and draft laws in collaboration with Business Groups, achieving a 64 percent adoption rate of private sector recommendations.
Through 25 legal events and 146 mediation cases valued at over AED230 million, the chamber continued to strengthen business awareness and resolve commercial disputes efficiently.
The Dubai Centre for Family Businesses advanced its initiatives with new advisory services, the release of a family business advisor directory, and training programmes designed to equip next-generation leaders with governance and entrepreneurship skills.
Overall, the chamber’s latest results reflect Dubai’s continued rise as a leading global hub for business, trade, and innovation.
