Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with 28DIGITAL to strengthen cooperation and open new partnership opportunities between Dubai and Europe’s technology ecosystems.
The agreement, announced during Expand North Star 2025 at Dubai Harbour, was formalised by Saeed AlGergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, and Federico Menna, CEO of 28DIGITAL. The partnership aims to connect entrepreneurs from both regions, promote innovation, and facilitate cross-border investment in the digital economy.
AlGergawi said the collaboration marks a strategic step toward reinforcing Dubai’s status as a global innovation hub.
“By enhancing collaboration between the technology ecosystems of Dubai and Europe, we seek to develop new and impactful pathways for innovation, investment, and growth across all digital sectors,”
he stated.
Under the MoU, both parties will support tech ventures through initiatives focused on market discovery, business matchmaking, and investor facilitation. They will also work to connect companies with incubators, accelerators, and financing opportunities, as well as promote active participation in digital innovation programs across both regions.
The agreement aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), which aims to position Dubai among the world’s top digital economies. Expand North Star, hosted by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, continues to serve as a major platform for global collaboration and innovation in the technology sector.
