Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has announced five new features for the 10th edition of Expand North Star 2025, set to take place at Dubai Harbour from 12 to 15 October.
The event, recognised as the world’s largest gathering for startups and investors, aims to strengthen Dubai’s position as a global innovation hub.
Organised by Dubai World Trade Centre and hosted by the chamber, this year’s edition will introduce ScaleX, the Consumer Tech Zone, North Star Green Impact, the Deeptech MEA Summit, and the Digital Assets Forum. These additions are designed to expand opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders to connect and collaborate across emerging sectors.
ScaleX will spotlight 100 of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies, offering them direct access to investors and market entry opportunities in the Middle East. The Consumer Tech Zone will showcase startups in AR/VR, smart health, and lifestyle technology, while North Star Green Impact will highlight climate and sustainability-driven ventures.
The Deeptech MEA Summit will convene experts in artificial intelligence, robotics, and quantum computing, while the Digital Assets Forum will bring together global leaders to address transformations in financial infrastructure, from central bank digital currencies to tokenised assets.
Other highlights include the return of the Supernova Challenge 2.0, the world’s largest startup pitch competition with a prize pool of US$200,000, as well as the Corporate Arena and Tech Transfer Innovation Forum. Dedicated platforms for young entrepreneurs, alongside evening networking events, will also feature.
Expand North Star remains a central initiative in the chamber’s strategy to position Dubai as a leading destination for innovation and technology, reinforcing its role in driving economic growth across the region and beyond.
