Dubai Chambers and China Construction Bank Forge Partnership to Boost Chinese Investments
Dubai Chambers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with China Construction Bank (CCB) – DIFC Branch, aiming to promote investment cooperation and support Chinese companies looking to expand in the Dubai market.
The MoU focuses on exchanging knowledge and expertise to enhance business support, opening new growth opportunities, and solidifying Dubai's position as a premier global business hub.
The agreement, signed by Hassan Al Hashemi, Vice President of International Relations at Dubai Chambers, and Wei Luo, General Manager of CCB – DIFC Branch, highlights the growing importance of China as a global economic centre. It also coincides with the 40th anniversary of UAE-China diplomatic relations, further advancing trade and investment ties between the two nations.
The MoU aligns with the upcoming Dubai Business Forum – China, organized by Dubai Chambers, which will be held in Beijing on August 21. The forum aims to attract Chinese companies to Dubai, helping them leverage the emirate's regional and global growth opportunities.
This collaboration is expected to strengthen the business communities in both Dubai and China, fostering increased bilateral trade and investment.
