Dubai Chambers brought together business leaders, policymakers, and experts for the ‘Global Trends Dialogue,’ a high-level forum focused on navigating global economic changes and strengthening the private sector’s resilience.
Held at the Dubai Chambers headquarters under the theme “Resilient Growth: Navigating Global Shifts & Regional Strengths,” the event drew over 150 participants from across industries. The discussions centered on how businesses can stay agile and competitive amid evolving global dynamics, reinforcing Dubai’s role as a leading international trade hub.
H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, said Dubai’s economic strength lies in its ability to anticipate and respond to global transformations through forward-looking strategies. He reaffirmed the Chamber’s commitment to supporting the private sector in building competitiveness and seizing new growth opportunities.
The dialogue featured three in-depth sessions examining global trade trends, industrial transformation, and supply chain evolution. The first session focused on the impact of changing customs duties on trade flows, while the second explored how emerging technologies such as AI, robotics, and the Internet of Things are reshaping manufacturing and driving innovation among Dubai-based companies.
The final session analysed shifts in global supply chains, including the rise of nearshoring, sustainable logistics, and AI-driven management systems. Participants emphasized the importance of strengthening public–private partnerships to accelerate innovation and digital transformation.
By fostering such dialogues, Dubai Chambers continues to position the emirate as a forward-thinking global business hub that connects markets, drives sustainable growth, and empowers industries to adapt to the future economy.
