DC Connect provides convenient access to a wide range of services, including Dubai Chamber of Commerce membership, information services, ATA carnets, mediation, document attestation, certificates of origin, and support for Business Groups and Business Councils.
The platform features a modern interface that streamlines the customer journey and enables quicker processing of requests. It also offers a data-driven service ecosystem, allowing users to manage transactions more efficiently.
Members can access interactive dashboards that present detailed analytics and statistics to support informed decision-making. Additional features include instant transaction notifications and a dynamic homepage showcasing the latest updates and upcoming events, further strengthening engagement with the business community.
