Dubai Chambers has opened registration for the second cycle of the reimagined Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award, reaffirming its commitment to fostering excellence and sustainable growth within Dubai’s business community.
Announced during the ‘Excellence Reimagined Forum’ at Dubai Chambers’ headquarters, the launch brought together more than 100 business representatives to explore new benchmarks in performance, innovation, and resilience. The event focused on emerging trends in organisational excellence and highlighted effective models across operations, human capital, technology, and financial governance.
Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, said the award is designed to empower companies of all sizes and sectors to adopt global best practices and enhance their competitiveness amid rapid change.
The award, part of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, features four main categories: the Outstanding Business Award, Family Business Award, Global Expansion Award, and Digital Innovation Award. Each category aligns with Dubai Chambers’ strategic objectives to drive performance excellence and long-term value creation.
Open to both Dubai-based and international companies with regional headquarters in the emirate, the award framework evaluates organisations based on leadership, strategy, workforce management, ESG principles, digital transformation, and financial results.
First launched in 2005 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the initiative was revamped in 2023 to align with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and global business trends. The program continues to encourage participants to share best practices and contribute to a stronger, more resilient business ecosystem in Dubai.
