Dubai Chambers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Keeta to strengthen the growth and market reach of small and medium-sized enterprises across Dubai, reinforcing the emirate’s ambitions to lead in entrepreneurship and the digital economy.

The partnership will provide Dubai Chambers member companies with access to tailored support on the Keeta platform, including preferential commercial incentives, faster onboarding, improved in-app visibility, and specialised training programmes focused on menu optimisation, pricing strategies, and delivery performance.

A dedicated Dubai Chambers SME badge will also be introduced on the platform to help participating businesses enhance brand recognition and connect customers with emerging and homegrown concepts.

Dubai Chambers said the agreement reflects its ongoing commitment to helping SMEs strengthen competitiveness and accelerate sustainable growth within Dubai’s evolving business landscape.

Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, said the collaboration aims to equip entrepreneurs with practical tools and opportunities to expand market presence and improve customer engagement.

Keeta said the partnership will support homegrown brands through greater exposure, operational guidance, and scalable opportunities that contribute to long-term business success.

Lucas Xie, General Manager of Keeta UAE, noted that SMEs remain a key driver of Dubai’s economy and said technology can play a critical role in helping entrepreneurs adapt and grow in a rapidly changing commercial environment.

The collaboration aligns with Dubai’s broader vision to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and a more connected and future-ready digital economy.
