Dubai is set to reinforce its position as a global digital trade hub as Dubai CommerCity hosts WORLDEF Dubai 2026, a leading international forum focused on digital commerce and cross-border e-commerce, from 12 to 14 February under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
Organised by Dubai CommerCity in collaboration with WORLDEF, the forum brings together companies, entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, and digital solution providers to unlock new business opportunities, strengthen international partnerships, and explore emerging trends shaping the future of digital commerce. Dubai CommerCity is a joint venture between the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority and Wasl Properties.
Her Excellency Amna Lootah, Director General of Dubai CommerCity and Dubai Airport Freezone, said hosting the forum reflects Dubai’s commitment to supporting the global digital commerce ecosystem and strengthening international confidence in the emirate’s investment environment and infrastructure. She noted that the event serves as a strategic platform for enabling global expansion and supporting sustainable economic growth.
Omer Nart, CEO of WORLDEF, said the second edition builds on the strong success of the inaugural forum, with an expanded agenda designed to meet the needs of digital commerce players across local, regional, and global markets.
Following the 2024 edition, which attracted more than 5,000 participants from over 40 countries, WORLDEF Dubai 2026 is expected to host more than 10,000 visitors from over 80 countries, alongside 200 speakers, 150 exhibitors, and 120 retail brands.
Aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, the forum will focus on artificial intelligence, fintech, payment solutions, logistics, and advanced digital technologies, reinforcing Dubai’s role in shaping the future of global digital commerce.
