Dubai Courts has earned the ISO 11367:2025 certification for Government Service Excellence, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of Dubai’s judicial system and reinforcing its global standing in public service innovation.
The certification, awarded by Universal Certification and Services, reflects the emirate’s commitment to delivering efficient, integrated, and customer-focused judicial services. It also aligns with the ambitions of Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to position Dubai among the world’s leading cities for business and investment.
Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi said the achievement goes beyond formal recognition, describing it as a testament to Dubai Courts’ ability to redefine the justice experience through innovation, flexibility, and proactive service delivery.
The accreditation follows a rigorous evaluation of Dubai Courts’ service systems, including operational efficiency, customer experience, and institutional performance. It covers all judicial services, from case registration and court sessions to judgment issuance and enforcement, highlighting the strength of a fully integrated legal ecosystem.
Dubai Courts has introduced a redesigned customer journey supported by digital platforms, enabling faster procedures, real-time case tracking, and improved transparency. Proactive services and streamlined processes have also reduced litigation timelines and enhanced overall efficiency.
The recognition underscores Dubai’s broader vision to build a world-class judicial environment that supports economic growth, strengthens trust in the legal system, and maintains its position as a global hub for the rule of law.
