The study, which considered a variety of factors including Instagram popularity, light and noise pollution levels, and safety ratings for nighttime walks, highlighted Dubai's unparalleled allure under the stars.
Travelbag, renowned for crafting bespoke long-haul travel experiences since its inception in 1979, conducted the comprehensive analysis. The evaluation encompassed metrics such as Instagram hashtags—#dubaiatnight alone amassing over 27,387 posts—underscoring Dubai's popularity on social media for its stunning nocturnal vistas.
According to the findings, Dubai captivated travelers not only with its aesthetic appeal but also with its exemplary safety standards. Ranking fourth globally in safety with a robust score of 83.4 out of 100, Dubai ensures a secure environment for both residents and visitors alike. This achievement is attributed to its well-lit streets, vigilant security measures, and efficient emergency services, all contributing to a reassuring sense of safety conducive to nighttime exploration.
Fozil Rakhimov, an enthusiastic visitor from Uzbekistan, extolled Dubai's nocturnal transformation, particularly along the iconic Sheikh Zayed Road.
"As night falls, Sheikh Zayed Road becomes a glowing corridor, adorned by towering skyscrapers and a dynamic cityscape,"
he remarked.
