Dubai Culture Shines at the 2025 International Brilliance Awards

Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has garnered two prestigious HR Brilliance Awards at the 2025 International Brilliance Awards, held annually in the United Kingdom.

The awards celebrate excellence and innovation in human resources, with Dubai Culture’s recognition highlighting its efforts in advancing HR practices and fostering a culture of employee empowerment.

The Authority clinched the Gold Award in the ‘Innovative HR Team of the Year’ category, a testament to its collaborative approach and forward-thinking HR strategies. Additionally, Mohammed Obaid Al Marri, Director of the Human Resources Department at Dubai Culture, received the Silver Award for ‘HR Professional of the Year,’ acknowledging his leadership in enhancing HR practices within the organization.

Al Marri expressed pride in the achievement, attributing it to Dubai Culture’s ongoing commitment to innovation and a supportive work environment.

he said.
