Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has announced the commencement of a series of diverse Ramadan public enjoyment events and activities.

Dubai Culture is unveiling Ramadan initiatives, including the fifth edition of the humanitarian Ramadan Heroes and 'Ramadan Nights.' In collaboration with talabat UAE and the Emirates Red Crescent, the 'Celebrating the Gift of Giving' initiative urges public donations of Iftar and Suhoor meals through talabat's virtual restaurant, swiftly delivered to underprivileged communities nationwide. This reflects Dubai Culture's commitment to community unity and humanitarian support during Ramadan.

Shaima Rashed Al Suwaidi, Director of the Marketing & Corporate Communication Department at Dubai Culture, emphasizes the deep humanitarian solidarity within the local community through the 'Ramadan Heroes' initiative. She underscores the Authority's commitment to fostering public solidarity, promoting a culture of giving, and strengthening compassion during the holy month. Ramadan Heroes, in collaboration with the UAE Red Crescent Authority and talabat UAE, not only supports underprivileged individuals but also contributes to reinforcing the UAE's global humanitarian stance. Al Suwaidi highlights the initiative's significant societal impact, fostering tolerance and promoting the integral Emirati values of generosity.

Dubai Culture is set to host 'Ramadan Nights,' a series of activities at its assets, kicking off at the Etihad Museum on March 15-16. The event will focus on the UAE's role in the lunar space station's development, featuring entertainment shows and workshops in collaboration with the Dubai Astronomy Group and Gulf Photo Plus. Additionally, Al Shindagha Museum will offer diverse Ramadan-linked activities inspired by local heritage, including traditional craft workshops, interactive sessions for children, and the revival of the 'Steps of Suhoor' tradition through the 'Bu Tebaila Walk.' The event also includes a Ramadan market and a transformed Visitor Centre for Suhoor meals over 10 days.
