Dubai has launched its 2025 Economic Survey, a key initiative led by the Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment at Digital Dubai to provide updated insights into the emirate’s economic performance and sector contributions to GDP.

The survey targets businesses across all major industries, including trade, real estate, finance, technology, healthcare, education, and hospitality, as well as free zones. Data will be collected through online forms, direct communication channels, and field visits to selected establishments.

His Excellency Younus Al Nasser, CEO of the Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment, emphasized the importance of reliable data in shaping future strategies. He noted that the findings will support evidence-based policymaking, strengthen Dubai’s resilience, and enhance competitiveness by delivering a comprehensive view of economic activity.

“The survey provides essential inputs for measuring GDP and other indicators that reflect the emirate’s economic reality,”

Al Nasser said, highlighting its alignment with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to position the city as a leading global economic hub.

Businesses are encouraged to participate by submitting accurate financial data, with strict confidentiality protocols in place to ensure privacy and trust. The survey results will serve as a cornerstone for strategic planning, helping decision-makers anticipate opportunities, address challenges, and drive sustainable economic growth.

As the sole official authority mandated to collect and publish statistics in Dubai, the Establishment reaffirms its commitment to accuracy, reliability, and transparency in building an integrated economic system that supports long-term prosperity.
