Dubai Data Forum Highlights Partnerships for a Data-Driven Future

Dubai has taken another step toward cementing its status as a global digital capital by hosting the Dubai Data and Statistics Partners Forum under the theme “Together on a Journey Toward a Data-Driven Future.”

Organized by Digital Dubai, the event brought together government leaders and representatives from over 100 private sector companies to highlight the transformative power of data in shaping the emirate’s future.

The forum showcased the Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment's new strategy and its key collaborative initiatives. It also recognized the contributions of government and private sector entities in advancing data as a cornerstone of digital transformation, supported by cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence.

Younus Al Nasser, CEO of the Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment, emphasized the critical role of partnerships, stating,

“Data and statistics are essential to the city’s digital development and the progress of AI. Dubai’s model demonstrates the power of partnerships across government and private sector entities to foster a shared vision of future-oriented cities.”

Echoing this sentiment, Afaf Buosaiba, CEO of Data & Statistics Operations, highlighted how collaborative projects have driven Dubai’s journey as a global digital hub.

“The transformative potential of cooperation continues to advance Dubai’s overarching goals for the future,”

she said.

The forum also included a discussion and feedback session aimed at addressing challenges in data and statistics, fostering innovative solutions, and exploring new opportunities for collaboration. A special segment celebrated partner contributions, reinforcing the importance of collective efforts in building a sustainable, data-driven city.

By strengthening partnerships and promoting the strategic use of data, Dubai continues its march toward becoming a leading digital metropolis.
