Developers at the International Property Show (IPS 2026) say Dubai's property market keeps drawing local and international investment, pointing to the emirate's global appeal, project variety, flexible payment plans, safety, quality of life and infrastructure as the main drivers.
Participating companies also announced new projects and investments worth billions of dirhams.
Rajinder Kaur, Sales Director at Union Properties, said that investors are increasingly looking for a combination of competitive pricing, project quality and developer track record.
Raja Jawad Ahmed, Sales Director at Azizi Developments, said the company has delivered more than 100 projects to date and currently has over 50 more under development and available off-plan. He said Dubai's off-plan, secondary and rental markets remain strong, and expects property values to keep rising in the coming years, citing the emirate's standing as a global centre for business, trade and technology.
Hussein Ezz Eddin, Chief Sales Officer at Prestige One Developments, said the company plans to invest AED3 billion to AED4 billion during the 2026-2027 property season on land acquisitions and new residential and commercial projects across key locations in Dubai. He said the company has launched four projects since the start of the year and plans another seven to eight this season, with investor interest concentrated on prime locations — particularly waterfront developments, properties near Burj Khalifa, and residences under international hospitality brands.
