Gross Domestic Product reached approximately AED355 billion in the first nine months of the year, including AED113.8 billion in the third quarter alone.

Economic output expanded by 4.7 percent during the first nine months of 2025, accelerating to 5.3 percent in the third quarter compared to the same period last year. The performance reflects sustained activity across key sectors and continued confidence in Dubai’s economic model.

H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said the results stem from clear priorities, strong institutions, and coordinated execution guided by the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He highlighted Dubai’s people-first approach, investment in talent, and shared progress across sectors as central to the emirate’s growth.

Health and social work activities emerged as the fastest-growing sector, expanding 15.4 percent and contributing 1.5 percent to GDP. Financial and insurance activities grew by 8.5 percent, accounting for 12 percent of GDP, while construction also expanded 8.5 percent, contributing 6.7 percent.

Officials from the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and Digital Dubai said the results underscore the role of coordinated policy, digitalisation, and data-driven decision-making in strengthening competitiveness. The performance keeps Dubai firmly on track to achieve the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and reinforce its position as a leading global economic hub.
