H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, said the emirate’s endowment ecosystem has evolved into a leading model for institutional charitable work under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
